Currency control over foreign trade operations to be further enhanced
Amendments and additions were made to several documents following Presidential Decree No. 156 of the Republic of Uzbekistan.
These changes introduce modifications to specific regulations, covering several key issues.
Firstly, the terms for deferring customs payments will be standardized, ensuring they do not exceed 120 days.
Secondly, the procedures for accounting overdue receivables and payables in foreign trade operations and improving the repatriation process of assets will be enhanced.
