Bonuses for national certificates are planned to be introduced to teachers of primary school
Paragraph 9 (subparagraph g) of Presidential Decree No PF-134 from 11 May 2022 states:
By 1 August each year, the Ministry of Preschool and School Education in coordination with the Ministry of Economy and Finance are planned to approve and post on the official website:
• "list of international standards in compliance to national assessment system;
• list of authorized international organizations providing services in the field of education;
• list of internationally recognized certificates and certificates obtained in the national assessment system (or their combination); as well as the appropriate level to get monthly bonus";
In order to ensure the execution of this task the Ministry of Preschool and School Education and the Ministry of Economy and Finance are preparing a draft of decree to approve the list of Certificates that will be paid with a surcharge in 2023 -2024 academic year.
According to draft, determination of a 20 per cent bonus to salary is going to be envisaged for primary school teachers with national certificate with score 60 and above in subjects - native language and literature (Uzbek language and literature, Russian language and literature, Karakalpak language and literature) or mathematics.
