30 modern buses from China brought to Urgench
30 modern ‘Zong Tong’ model buses, manufactured in China, were brought to Urgench. The Ministry of Transport's press service reported this.
As noted, the buses were imported by “Bunyod yulovchi tashish” LLC to provide high-quality public transport services to the city residents, update the traffic structure, and create additional comfort for passengers.
The company signed an agreement to purchase a total of 80 “Zong Tong” buses with the support of preferential loans from “Uzmilliybank” JSC.
“In the first phase of the project, 50 buses have been purchased, with the remaining 20 expected to arrive in Urgench soon,” the statement said.
