Members of Uzbekistan–Armenia Inter-Parliamentary Friendship Group meet online
On September 15, an online meeting was held between members of the Uzbekistan–Armenia Inter-Parliamentary Friendship Group.
Discussions focused on strengthening inter-parliamentary relations, sharing experience in legislative work, and identifying new areas of cooperation.
It was noted that friendly ties between Uzbekistan and Armenia are steadily strengthening, built on solid historical foundations and developing on the principles of mutual respect and trust.
The sides also highlighted the strong potential for cooperation in trade, economic, investment, cultural, and humanitarian spheres, emphasizing the importance of implementing joint initiatives in these areas through inter-parliamentary dialogue.
In addition, proposals were made to launch joint education programs and tourism, and to develop academic ties between universities and research centers.
