Flag bearer of Uzbekistan secures an Olympic medal
In Paris, France, the boxing competitions at the Summer Olympics continue.
Abdumalik Khalokov, competing in the 57 kg weight category, had his second fight against José Quiles Brotons from Spain.
Uzbek boxer completely dominated the first round: 5-0. In the second round, Abdumalik Khalokov demonstrated his superiority by keeping his composure.
In the final round, the athlete continued to showcase his abilities and won with a unanimous decision from the judges. Thus, Uzbek boxer advanced to the semifinals.
