Azizbek Ikromov appointed Minister of Emergency Situations
Azizbek Isroilovich Ikromov has been appointed Minister of Emergency Situations of the Republic of Uzbekistan, according to a statement by Presidential Press Secretary Sherzod Asadov.
According to the statement, the appointment was made by a presidential decree.
Ikromov’s candidacy had previously been approved by deputies of the Legislative Chamber of the Oliy Majlis.
Earlier, it was reported that Bahodir Hamidovich Toshmatov had been appointed Commander of the National Guard of the Republic of Uzbekistan.
