President of Uzbekistan receives a delegation from the Russian Ministry of Internal Affairs
On June 25, the President of the Republic of Uzbekistan Shavkat Mirziyoyev, met with the Minister of Internal Affairs of the Russian Federation Vladimir Kolokoltsev, who was on a working visit to our country.
At the outset of the conversation, the Head of our state extended his condolences and words of support to the family members of the law enforcement officers who lost their lives in the recent terrorist attack in Dagestan.
Discussions focused on the practical implementation of agreements reached at the highest level.
Parties deliberated on current aspects of enhancing collaboration in combating terrorism, extremism, drug trafficking, and organized crime, along with cybersecurity and digital expertise.
Special emphasis was placed on enhancing the effectiveness of cooperation mechanisms in the migration policy.
