Multi-storey Trade, Service, and Catering Facilities to Replace the 3 and 4-storey Buildings on Amir Temur Avenue.

President Shavkat Mirziyoev made this proposal at the extraordinary session of Tashkent city Council of People’s Deputies.
Due to its strategic location in the capital, Yunusabad district attracts numerous entrepreneurs endeavoring to create job opportunities through personal investments rather than loans. However, the biggest hurdle they face is locating suitable premises within the district.
For instance, Amir Temur Avenue has become the prime destination for entrepreneurs, marking the epicenter of the district's growth over the past seven years. However, within the 6-kilometer section of the street, there are 8 state offices, each comprising 3-4 floors with an outdated appearance.
Expanding the entrepreneur base and job opportunities is viable through project implementation involving the reconstruction of existing buildings into multi-storey trade, service, and catering facilities, as well as offices and hotels, complete with underground parking facilities.
Projects of this nature can be executed by repurposing the sites of bank branches and utilizing the 24.5 hectares currently occupied by state organizations.
