It is noted that 200 billion soums are allocated annually for vocational training, but these resources are not commensurate with the needs of business entities for qualified specialists.

Similarly, the entrepreneur has to spend a lot of money and train thousands of specialists for himself. But the state support is  required here.

The President indicated the necessity to create more opportunities and economic incentives for entrepreneurship in order to ensure employment of the population and improve efficiency of qualified specialist trainings.

For this purpose, the program "20 thousand entrepreneurs - 500 thousand qualified specialists" will be implemented from June 1.
A total of $1 billion will be allocated for the program in 2023-2024.

Of these funds, 
- Depending on the importance of the project, the loan is provided to train and employ a low-income family member at lower interest rates and for a longer period of time;
- The entrepreneur's expenses for creating and equipping center “amaliy monomarkaz” and vocational job training will be fully covered.
